My approach

How counselling helps

Perinatal counselling helps you feel supported and understood as you navigate pregnancy, birth and the transition to parenthood. Together we can manage anxiety, depression or mood changes, process birth experiences, and build coping strategies for stress, overwhelm and identity shifts.

A new pregnancy after miscarriage or baby loss can trigger complex emotions — fear of recurrence, or guilt over moving forward. I offer a compassionate space to process grief, honour your baby and your unique journey, and find pathways to healing, resilience and hope at your own pace.
